In the war of love, he who loves more, looses

In the worldly struggles, he who possesses more strength is the winner, but in the war of love, he who loves more, looses. The son says to the mother, "I won't come to your lap." But the mother insists, "Come, come, O my dear child!" This affection in the mother has really emanated from God. God also is in need of His devotee.
The concern that Bhagwaan has for the world, that much the world does not have for Bhagwaan. The child is not so much concerned about his mother as the mother is about the child. The child while nursing and suckling bites the mother's breast with his teeth, but even then she does not get angry. If she becomes angry, then can the child take it? The mother is only showering her blessings and mercy upon the child. Similarly, Bhagwaan is our mother for infinite births. Bhagwaan cannot neglect the devotee.
He considers the devotee as His crest-jewel – "Mein to hu bhagatanko das, bhagat mere mukutamani" – "I am only the servant of the devotee and the devotee is my crest-jewel. "
Bhagwaan ever remains ready to do work for his devotees. Just as the child can't live without his mother and the mother can't live without the child, similarly a devotee cannot live without Bhagwaan and Bhagwaan cannot live without the devotee.

Jai Shri Ram
